In the heart of the green Ardèche in the Doux Valley in Lamastre, a typical stone house with one room at the foot of the Château de Retourtour in a small, picturesque, entirely pedestrianized, and very quiet hamlet. 100 meters from a landscaped body of water, 1.5 km from the city center. Bike storage, private parking with a gate for motorcycles. Numerous activities, tours, and hikes in the surrounding area. Steam train, Vélorail bike trail. Perfect accommodation for coping with the hot weather and cooling off. The space 28 m2 stone house with a living room, air conditioning, a bed (140x200) made on arrival, bathroom, balcony, awning, electric barbecue, filter coffee maker and Senseo. Small non-adjacent garden (30 m) located in Ardèche Verte in a typical and picturesque Ardèche hamlet entirely reserved for pedestrians. 100 m from the river and 1.5 km from the center of Lamastre (all shops, 2 supermarkets) 3-star home. Accommodation not suitable for a 3rd person over 5 years old. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Guest access The house is exclusively reserved for guests. The house is a 28 m2 studio with: 1 140 x 200 cm bed and 1 folding 90 cm extra bed (not suitable for a person over 6 years old), a baby bed on request, and a bathtub or baby bath for young children. Balcony with awning, table, and private chairs. This accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Other things to note This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities . Can't park in front or charge an electric car, access is only on foot . Only small dogs are allowed and ONLY upon request with a €5 surcharge per night. Sheets are provided but not towels. Cleaning must be done before your departure if you do not wish to do it a flat fee of €25 will be requested for 2 nights and more €40
