The room is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and it is characterized by handmade Tuscan terracotta floor and wooden ceiling beams. In the room, equipped with underfloor heating, there is a private bathroom with shower and a large walk-in closet. The common area includes a spacious living room with kitchen, an intimate terrace with a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside and the park, of about 20000 square meters, where an ancient oven and a modern barbecue are at your disposal. The space L'Ultima Thule farmhouse is located in the countryside of Montepulciano, among rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves. The interiors of the structure have been completely renovated with quality materials and with maximum attention to energy saving and environment protection. Underfloor heating and cork insulation offer comfort and well-being in winter as in summer. The external façade of the villa has typical Tuscan red bricks. The historic center of Montepulciano, a medieval village unique in the world, is only a few minutes away from the farmhouse. In the park surrounding the property geese and hens graze freely. You can visit our natural farming experiments: food forest, grassed vineyard, olive groves and vegetable gardens, cultivated without any chemical product. You can also taste extra extravirgin olive oil, honey, wine, fruit and vegetables of our production. Guests can also use two trekking bicycles to explore the many cycle paths of the Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas of the farmhouse: kitchen-living room, terrace, park, vineyard and olive groves. During your stay We will always be at your disposal for any request and to provide information about Montepulciano and its surroundings. Other things to note There is a tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night, due to municipal regulations.
