The house is nestled in the heart of a family property where we live year-round. We ask our guests to respect the premises and the peace and quiet. The pool is part of the property and not just the vacation rental. The latter is closed by a shutter and a safety fence. Parties, celebrations or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not desired in order to preserve the tranquility of the place. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, please don't hesitate to contact me for PRM accessibility. Guest access Independent house on the property including the owners' home and a guest house. The entire house is available with linens and accessories provided. Terrace with garden furniture. A gas barbecue is at your disposal as well as a ping-pong table and badminton, pétanque… Property of more than 13 hectares, not enclosed, with pool, shared. The pool is open and heated from June 1 to September 30. It measures 10 m x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m, it is protected by a shutter and surrounded by a safety fence. You are on a property with several houses, please respect the tranquility of the place. Other things to note The property is crossed by a stream with waterfalls, 2 large ponds and several pools requiring supervision of young children. Living on the property, part of the estate remains private, we ask that you stay within the perimeter around the house. We leave many board games for children from 0 to 77 years old! The house must be returned in the condition in which you entered it! No parties or people outside the reservation are allowed. The pool is exclusively reserved for tenants of the cottage and owner of the estate, tenants will not be able to bring people outside the reservation.
