This 30 m2 studio, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small village building in the historic center of Vence, consists of a small shower room, equipped kitchen, sitting area and mezzanine bedroom. With a 140x190 double bed in the mezzanine and a 120x190 sofa bed, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Ideally located, close to the seaside (Cagnes sur Mer, Nice...) The space Apartment on the top floor of a village building, it welcomes you "under the roofs" in an industrial atmosphere. The stairs to the apartment are a little steep.
