For your stay, we offer this apartment on the ground floor of a villa, ideally located in the north of the municipality of Ajaccio. Located 5 km from the historic center of Ajaccio, the airport, the 1st beach, it is in a very quiet residential area. While a car is recommended for travel, you are barely 1 km from a bus stop and local shops. The space The apartment has a surface area of about 60m². It is composed of: - 1 small kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed. - 1 shaded terrace overlooking the garden - 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed (walk-through bedroom) - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed for 2 (busy bedroom) - 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets The rooms are "busy", you can refer to the photos showing the plans of the apartment to better understand the layout of the rooms. AMENITIES The apartment has all the necessary amenities (see list of amenities) Some details: - Reversible air conditioning located in the main room - Standing fans available for bedrooms - TV with live channels and movie/TV access - There's no dishwasher SPACES AND AMENITIES SHARED WITH OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS The residence is divided into 3 accommodations: - Your apartment on the ground floor of the villa - A top of the villa - An outbuilding in the back of the villa Each has an independent entrance and a private terrace. The respective spaces are quite well separated within the residence. Shared spaces are: - The pool and its summer kitchenette with gas plancha - Outdoor laundry - Parking in the garden MISCELLANEOUS 🧺 Bed linen and towels are laundered by a professional laundry service and included in the cleaning fee. The beds are made for your arrival. 🛏️ The beds are made for your arrival for immediate comfort (except for the sofa beds, we leave the linen available) 📶 The property has wifi 🍖 Your barbecue is charcoal. A gas plancha is accessible to all in the kitchenette near the pool. 🚗 Guests can park in the garden 🐢 No pets allowed because we already have 2 cats walking around and it is not uncommon to meet in the garden of Herman turtles, a wild and protected species that should not be disturbed. 🚭 The interior of the apartment is non-smoking. 🏊‍♀️ Pool has salt treatment. Its maintenance is done regularly by a professional. ⚠️For security reasons, the pool gate should always remain closed. Despite the gate and signs, you will have to watch the children and never leave them unattended!!! ⚠️ 🧂🧂 Minimum basic products, food and cleaning, are available but not due.
