On cloud 9 - guest studio in the mini house

We rent our very small studio (13 sqm) with private entrance for one or two people. WE DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. The bed (140 x 200 cm) can be transformed into a sofa in no time with a handle. Wi-Fi, a writing desk, a TV and a terrace seat are available. A private shower/toilet, bed linen with terry towels, hair dryer and hair shampoo are provided. There is a simple and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The space We live in the mini house (60 square meters). It has two entrances and two terraces. A house entrance and a terrace are part of the guest studio. Small but nice: when the bed is unfolded, there is very little space left in the room and the passage between the bed and the kitchenette is very narrow. However, there is enough space for luggage. Clothes can be hung on the hanger. The studio is heated by an adjustable underfloor heating system. The heat and hot water are generated by renewable energy, more precisely by pellet firing and the solar photovoltaic system. The scent of fresh wood surrounds your stay on cloud 9! E-parking spaces Car Free parking is available right in front of the mini house. The e-charging station from the photovoltaic system (renewable electricity is produced with solar energy) can be used during the day or night at the neighboring house. Costs: CHF 0.65 per kWh purchased. Payable after charging by TWINT or cash. Bicycle Lockable bicycle garage with power connection for free charging of e-bikes on request in the neighboring house. Ironing service Your shirts or blouses are ironed with a lot of love by Sabine. CHF 4.00/shirt, blouse. Payable by TWINT or cash. Guest access Separate entrance to the guest studio.
