Clean 1 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment in a secure building in NW Akron. Recently updated and furnished. New AC. Plenty of on street parking. Close to many amenities. Bus stop on block. We do not allow smoking in the building. If you smoke, don't book. 1.4 miles to Whole Foods 365, 2 miles to Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens, 4.6 miles to Akron Children's Hospital, 5 miles to downtown Akron, 20.2 miles to Akron/Canton Airport, 32 Miles to downtown Cleveland, Lots of shops and restaurants nearby The space Cozy, clean and relaxing. New mattress with memory foam cushion for comfort. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourself and access to a shared washer / dryer in the buildings laundry room across the hall. I do not provide laundry soap. HE detergent is required. Other things to note There is plenty of on street parking but only on one side of street. Please look for signs. Long term stays: I offer discounts for long term stays and with that a generous supply of consumables, i.e. tp, paper towels, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, etc. but once those run out you will be responsible to buy your own. You will also be responsible to keep the apartment clean. We can arrange with the cleaning lady to clean during your stay for an additional fee if you desire. Just let me know. There is everything you need to clean with, vacuume, mop, broom, cleaning rags and products. Some quirks: Dishwasher works as normal but for some reason power to it is on a light switch located to the right of the sink, along with the garbage disposal and sink overhead light.
