• Standish House is less than a block from Peachtree St where Buckhead and Midtown come together, also < 1 mile from MARTA station, HIGH Museum of Art, Piedmont Hospital, Shepherd Center, SCAD, and Atlantic Station • EASY walk to MANY fantastic restaurants and the Atlanta BeltLine - beautiful, natural running/biking path with parks • Historic charm (house built in 1928), but immaculately clean • Absolutely PERFECT for 2 people, but could accommodate up to 4 with the memory foam queen sofa-bed The space • Spacious duplex apartment with lovely, shaded porch (with ceiling fan) that overlooks a beautiful, quiet street • Gorgeous hardwood floors and crown molding throughout • Tastefully decorated with art collected mostly in Georgia and Louisiana • Spacious bedroom with firm King bed with memory foam topper. 600+ thread count cotton sheets. • We wash/sanitize ALL linens and towels (including the comforter and throw blankets) between EACH guest. • There is lightning-fast wifi available throughout the entire property (including on the porch and back deck/yard). Guest access This is a fully private duplex-apartment with a separate entrance and a gated, assigned parking space. Additional free parking is available on the opposite side of the street from Standish House. Other things to note There is a security camera on the outside porch near the entrance to Standish House for the safety of the guests and owners. It is rarely monitored, but more there for security.
