Entering the ground floor you access a very large kitchen, with a dining table and high bar, equipped with all appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a toilet so you don't have to go to the top floor. On the middle floor (with direct access from the street through a small wooded garden) are the two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom inside each of them. The master bedroom consists of a double bed and its bathroom has a bathtub. The other room consists of two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the bright living/dining room, with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs and a comfortable two-seater sofa bed (which allows a total of six people to be comfortably accommodated in the house). A cast iron fireplace adds a rustic touch. Through the living room you can access a spectacular terrace from which the views are impressive: the houses of Arnedillo at your feet, the banks of the Cidacos River, the mountains that surround the town... The terrace is prepared to be able to cook and consists of a grill, wood oven and ceramic hob.
