This beautiful studio with tasteful decor and optimized layout is completely renovated. You will love its cozy atmosphere, brightness and central location. It is located in the heart of the Clef St Pierre, 1 min walk to shops and bus stops. Whether you come for the pleasure of discovering the region or for work, we will make every effort to make your stay a success. Linens and towels will be provided. Free parking nearby. The space La Clef d'Aurélia is located in a small building, which has a private garden. In the large living room you will find: a dining area with TV, a double bed (140 x 200), a 1-seat convertible armchair (107 x 193) and a large wardrobe. We can also provide you with a baby bed if needed. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped (glass hob, microwave oven, hood, washer dryer, coffee maker, teapot, toaster...). To simplify your arrival, we will leave at your disposal: coffee, tea, sugar, condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper), pasta, rice, etc... The bathroom has a bathtub and towel dryer. The apartment is comfortable for up to 3 people. Wi-Fi is unlimited. Want to enjoy a chocolate fondue accompanied by seasonal fruits during your stay? We can provide you with the necessary items (optional with surcharge). Please let us know when booking. Guest access You will have the whole place at your disposal. We will try to welcome you in person depending on your arrival time and our schedule. If, however, we are unable to be available upon your arrival, we will send you the key collection procedure by email as soon as the apartment is ready. Other things to note If you are 2 guests who do not wish to share the same bed, we charge an additional €10 per night to provide you with the convertible armchair as an extra bed. Instructions for use will be available if necessary, as well as flyers (city map, bus schedules, tourist or cultural activities in the region) and some magazines. Cleaning is included in the amount of your rental. However, you are required to leave the apartment in the condition you found it (clean dishes and dining area, clean floor, etc.). A cleaning service may be charged (€30) if it is necessary to carry out a cleaning of more than one hour to restore the studio after your departure. If you break, damage or stain something, please let us know. As indicated above, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event that you do not comply with this rule, all or part of the deposit will be taken to pay a company that will deodorize the apartment (€360).
