At the Gates of Beaujolais

Charming 3-star and 3-epis cottage, located in Belleville-en-Beaujolais, in the town center, but quiet, in a house of character, adjoining the accommodation of the owners' parents. As cottage enthusiasts for many years, we have tried to think of everything to offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay. The house has been completely renovated (very good sound and thermal insulation); which represented several years of family work during our vacations. The space On the ground floor, access is via a (common) garage where a vehicle can be parked. Floor: day room (lounge area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen area with high-end equipment), technical and storage room, toilet. On the upper floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 person in each), bathroom with toilet and shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables with numerous power outlets. Washer and dryer in the garage, toilet. Common land with a private part. Lawn, ping pong table. Garden furniture, parasol. Electric heating is high-end, inertia. Each room can have its own temperature programming. Garden with ping pong table, table, chairs, deckchairs, bench, umbrella. Baby equipment available (bathtub, high chair, bed). WiFi, Internet TV (flat screen). Non-smoking accommodation, no pets allowed.
