New cottage in the countryside, 3 stars. 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour from the beaches and Venice Green, 15 minutes from Clisson, hiking trails, shops 1 km away. 65 m2. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: walk-in showers, sinks and toilet. Sofa bed for 1 person. Baby cot and high chair available. WiFi Living room and equipped kitchen. Terrace (plancha) pets not allowed. No smoking inside the unit. The space Our accommodation is new (commissioned :February 2020) ,we used mostly natural materials when it was built by us This is an old barn that we have transformed to welcome you. For the insulation of the walls we have project a mix of lime and hemp straw (we are a producer of hemp on the family farm), this mix is an excellent hygromatic regulation and attenuates the amount of the electric waves of the wires hidden in the coat. The hemp lime mix makes it possible to remove the feeling of a cold wall and thus gives some comfort and healthy air. For the insulation of the ceilings and partitions we used panels composed of hemp,linen and poles (renewable materials) and covered all by a wall of wood paneling. In the bathrooms, the walls were covered by a clay stuck for beauty and visual comfort.
