The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus. The space The flat is on the ground floor and two low rise steps into the accommodation, and a 2 inch split level step between the lounge and dining room. A very spacious flat, it consists of a large lounge, dining room, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, excellent sized bedroom with king sized bed, a bathroom with shower cubicle. As it is a large flat, we are able to provide second bed space by way of a single folding bed. This bed space is intended where two people would like to use the flat, and are not a couple sharing, as we cannot accommodate three people using the flat. The bed can only be put up in the dining room, which means the lounge area will be smaller than normal, however is still a space big enough for two people to use comfortably. The charge is £15 per visit to allow for the extra costs to provide and clean bedding and towels. The flat has direct access to a secure gated back garden, from the kitchen.
