Rustic Charm in Spanish Mountains, Costa Blanca

The house is very old and charming - it is over 300 years old so the decor is rustic. We recently repaired and painted it and it has a new kitchen and bathroom. We have tried to renovate it without losing its rustic charm. It also has several spaces to relax - two living rooms, dining room, patios and terrace upstairs. There's even a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy in the winter. There is also a barbecue to enjoy the patio in summer. The space It's a very quiet place and you can go hiking and biking. Even if you feel like it, you could visit the coast which is about 20 minutes away by car. The Vall de Gallinera is beautiful with spectacular mountain views. In summer the municipal pool of La Carroja is open - and there you also have panoramic views of the Valley. Guest access The whole house is for use of guests.
