Renovated traditional Cretan stone house with a barn, on the outskirts of the mountain, in a very quiet neighborhood and at the same time just two minutes from the most central point of picturesque Koutouloufari, awaits the visitor for quiet getaways! The space The interior is warm, welcoming and ideal for couples and families. It has a stone hearth that communicates with the ground floor with an internal staircase without a door. In the room there is a double wooden bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and it is possible to place an extra ranch with specially made anatomical mattresses or to use them on the wooden floor. As the house is located at an altitude, the guest can enjoy the view and tranquility from the small roof of the house. The interior decoration of the house consists of a restored traditional dining room, a cast iron wood stove (wood is available) and an extra TV. The kitchen is a separate space and is fully equipped, ideal for a long stay. The house has a separate room with storage space and a washing machine as well as a small bathroom with a shower. Most months, due to sunshine, there is always hot water from the solar water heater, but also a water heater for the cold months.
