The space Bighorn On The Wilsey cabin was historically placed on the trail the government riders would take to get from the town of Nathrop down in the valley up to the mining towns of Hancock, St. Elmo, and Alpine. Decked out in designer furniture, luxe linens, and arrangement, you will feel calm, cozy, and comfortable here. Guest access BIghorn On The Wilsey is surrounded by government land on 3 sides. Hike straight up the mountains from the cabin; hike the trails leading from the cabin; go walk to the edge of the adjacent State Wildlife Meadow and view the family of bighorn sheep (illegal to step into the meadow, though), hike the old railroad bed a little further to the west, or go fish for brookies in the ditch or the nearby lake. Great trailhead for exploration of gem mining, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, biking, jeeping, ATVing, or sightseeing. Other things to note *Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/night or day. *Maximum number of people on site is 6 (six), per Chaffee County. *Hot tub is cleaned and sanitized between each guest reservation by a professional hot tub contractor, not housecleaner. *Dogs/pets are not allowed. Guest is required to complete Pet Addendum with service dog present on site. *Host reserves the right to charge appropriate extra guest fee via Airbnb if more guests are on property than stated on reservation and/or terminate the reservation without recourse or refund.
