Because of the coronavirus, I have implemented additional steps for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. The surfaces, fabrics, and mattress are sanitized with a specific hydro-alcoholic solution. Linens are washed and sanitized using special programs and detergents. Alcohol-based hand soap and gel are available to guests. In the house you will find five rooms: a large and bright living area with a wooden table, a comfortable and spacious sofa (which can become a comfortable sofa bed if necessary), an elegant cabinet with satellite TV and a selection of books. Near the entrance there is a simple and linear sideboard, designed both as a countertop for the living area, and as a small cabinet with all the necessary space for those who use the sofa bed. A bright French window overlooks the lovely garden of Civico42, where in spring and summer you can start the day with breakfast, enjoy a quiet dinner with the colors of the sunset over the lake, or relax in the sun. The practical and modern kitchen is equipped with a solid marble countertop, a conventional oven, and an induction cooktop. All the dishes are carefully selected, and we’ve thought of the little comforts: you’ll find a kettle, a moka pot, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a Nespresso Aeroccino to prepare excellent coffee and cappuccinos to enjoy at breakfast. The bedroom with a double bed, with an essential and elegant style, welcomes you with the airy calm of the white furnishings, the touches of red of a delicate Japanese print and the shades of gray of the headboard of the bed. In this room, a beautiful French window also leads to the Civico42 garden. Bedside tables, reading lamps and a spacious open wardrobe (with shelves and clothes hangers) complete the furnishings. Next to the bedroom, you will find a modern bathroom with a large masonry shower, complete with towels, shower towels, accessories and small comforts to feel good.
