Due to the Coronavirus, I've implemented additional steps for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. The surfaces, fabrics, and mattress are sanitized with specific hydro-alcoholic solution. Linens are washed and sanitized using appropriate programs and detergents. There's hand soap and alcoholic gel available for guests to use your guests. In the house you find five rooms: it welcomes you a large and bright living area with a wooden table, a comfortable and spacious sofa (which can become a comfortable sofa bed if necessary), an elegant furniture with satellite television and a selection of books. Near the entrance there is a simple and linear sideboard, designed both as a support floor for the living area and as a small closet with all the necessary space for those who use the sofa bed. A bright window door overlooks the pretty garden of the Civico42, where in spring and summer you can start your day with breakfast, enjoy a quiet dinner with the colors of the sunset on the lake or relax in the sun. The kitchen, practical and modern, is equipped with a solid marble countertop, traditional oven and induction stove. All the dishes are carefully chosen and we thought of the little comforts: you can find a kettle, a moka, a Nespresso machine, and a Nespresso machine to prepare great coffee and cappuccinos for breakfast. The bedroom with a double bed, with an essential and elegant style, welcomes you with the airy calm of the white furnishings, the red touches of a delicate Japanese print, and the shades of gray on the headboard of the bed. Also in this room, a beautiful window door leads to the garden of Civico42. Bedside tables, reading lamps, and an open, spacious closet (with shelves and hangers) complete the decor.
