BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms. - There is an attic bedroom on the second floor. - 3 of the rooms offer an AC whereas the fourth room offers a water cooler. - The washroom of the fourth room and near the dining area does not have a shower area. - Attached bathrooms are offered in 3 of the rooms. - All rooms have king-size beds. - All bedrooms offer a beautiful view of the mountains. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms and 2 washrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are two living rooms.  - Both the living rooms offer comfortable seating for up to 9 people. - The living room on the ground floor has a TV attached. It also offers WiFi. - The living room on the first floor offers WiFi. - There is a dining room on the ground floor which offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people.  - There are two lawns in the villa. - The front lawn is of 1200 sq ft and offers a comfortable seating area for up to 40 people. - It is an open area also suitable for events.  - There is a 400 sq. ft. backyard, which offers comfortable seating for up to 5 people, and an umbrella for shade.  - There are two balconies that offer a comfortable seating area for up to 10 people.  - There is a terrace which can seat up to 12 people comfortably. Access for kids is restricted to ensure safety. - There is a small library. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a mixer, a grinder, a coffee maker, a rice cooker and a refrigerator and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Guests can access the kitchen at Rs 1500 per day and the groceries will be charged as per actuals. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note FOOD - A cook can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day, for up to 6 guests and at Rs. 2500 per day for 8 guests. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.  - No meals are included - Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Hungry Kya Fast Food Corner, Kabira Prem Nisarga, BinniZ Pizza and New Mahek Restaurant. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like carrom, cards and board games or enjoy a movie marathon on Netflix or Prime. Guests can also go out to take a pleasant walk in the nearby village and explore the flora and fauna. Add-On Services - A barbecue setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1000. - Bonfire can be made available at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per sack of wood. - Guests can access the kitchen at Rs 1500 per day and the groceries will be charged as per actuals. - Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 2000, per dog, per night. - Masseuse, Decor set up, live singer, Natures Walk with guide, Dhaam and exclusive Master chef meal at an additional cost. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM. - Drinking is allowed. - Smoking is allowed only outdoors. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - Kids are not allowed to access the terrace. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - CCTVs are installed in the parking area, dining area, the backside of the villa and at the main gate for security purposes. - The villa offer power backup. - Stags are not allowed at the property. - This is a pet-friendly property. Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Meals are offered at an additional cost. - The services of a cook can be availed at Rs. 1500 per day for 12 people. Ingredients will be charged additionally. - Accommodation for personal staff can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per person, not inclusive of meals.
