Independent and peaceful apartment, ideally located on the lower ground floor of a recent family house, in the heart of Gruyère. Just 10 minutes from Bulle and the highway, enjoy a quiet countryside setting. Nearby, discover a multitude of activities: skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, thermal baths, indoor swimming pool, lake, historical sites, walks and local gastronomy… everything is within easy reach! An EV charging station is available upon request! The space The apartment includes a 14 m2 bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed (extra-large!), a storage closet and a 48" TV, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Sheets are included in the nightly price. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people, but also includes a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed in the living room that can sleep an additional 2 people. We are happy to provide a crib/toddler bed in the living room, with a real 70 x 140 cm mattress. A private terrace (with a table, four chairs, an umbrella and a charcoal grill) and a green corner are also at your disposal. Facing west, you will witness beautiful sunsets! This accommodation is bright, functional and decorated in a sober and pleasant way so that you can have a pleasant stay in our beautiful Gruyère! For electric car owners, we are happy to provide our charging station on request. Guest access You will have access to all the indicated spaces of the accommodation: the living/dining room, the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom, the shower room, as well as the private terrace and the small area of greenery in front of the apartment. Depending on the season, you can pick aromatic herbs, strawberries or blueberries, and with a little luck, even morels! Enjoy it to the fullest! Other things to note The space is thoroughly cleaned by a professional company in our area between each stay. This is to provide you with an apartment that is always impeccable! For your information, the floor heating is set to 21°C, which is higher than the recommendations of our country.
