Enjoy the stay in a quiet residential area just a 5/6 min walk from Thamel. Ease access - tourist bus stop (6 min), restaurants, shops, banks, and taxis are all steps away. Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Durbar Square, and the Garden of Dreams are in walking distance Comfortable and fully equipped with a large bed, workspace, wardrobe, and attached bathroom. On clear days, enjoy stunning panoramas of the Langtang range, Swayambhunath, Nagarjun Hill, and the White Gompa right from your window. The space This listing is for a double room for a couple or even a single person could use it. The room is equipped with large double bed with cupboard, drawer and attached bathroom. There is a hanger, a working table and a chair. From window too you can see a good view of neighbors and surrounding mountains like Nagarjun Hill, Swambhunath stupa, White Monastery, Chandragiri Hill etc. We have different rooms with attached bathroom. Double bed or twin beds or single bedroom are available. We have different travelers in home in same time. Thus you have an opportunity to interact with other guests and with the family if you like. As this is in second/third floor, you have to climb a stair case. There is a sharing kitchen, this is good for long stay guests as they could prepare their meal by themselves. While as short stay could make tea or coffee so that we do not make the kitchen too busy and disturb the long stay guest. In use of kitchen you could give us some operational cost. We also provide cooking class of MO MO making or Nepali Daal Bhat. We do have facility of using washing machine, but we charge some operation cost. We have a big terrace and small terrace. In terrace you could do yoga and enjoy great view of sunrise and sunset, admire the city view. Guest access People who are in seek of second home is home for them. You will find here very familiar, homely environment. As we live in the same house you are always welcome to do interaction with us, share your experiences and food. Without hesitation, you could join us for tea or coffee. You are free to participate in our activities, our festivals, play with our kids. The entire home is open to every guest except private guest rooms, so there is no restriction bar. There is access towards refrigerator, kitchen, TV, washing machine, terrace, rooftop, parking etc. During your stay During the stay, we would like to assure you that you will find comfortable with us. For knowing our culture, tradition, participatation in occuring festival, you are heartly welcome. However, in case of need of any help, definitely we will help you. Other things to note We have 2 children, they love to interact with guests and if you like then you are welcome to interact with us. We can arrange for the airport pick up and drop off, please contact us. We have another listing for a single room, twin beds room, double bedroom so a group could book at the same time. All total we have 9 private rooms and Two Bedroom Apartment in entire home. Though we have many rooms, all the guests respect each other and no problem for peace and quiet.
