Our property is about 500 years old ,located near an old park with tall trees. It is 5000 sq meters situated at the limit of the village of 950 habitants. We propose you a gîte for 2 in a very quiet and cosy place. At present, the access is with a stair,but also you can access via the garden. Possibility of place in a garage for a motorbike. You will have all trades at proximity. Many activities are possible: Horse riding, walking. different visits to: The abbey of the 11th century and a sculpture park., The Caen Memorial at 1 H.The Mont St Michel is at 1h30 by car. The ferries for the channel are at 1H00 of driving.The landing beaches are at 45'. You have a green space with a bbq at disposition. We can speak english but the understanding is not perfect...That is for you the opportunity to practice your french! The gîte is closed from December to the end of February.
