The space Depending on your desires and availability, your room can be located: - on the ground floor, with its small private terrace, ideal for a relaxing moment, - or upstairs, in a very cocooning attic room, equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort. Every room has a queen bed 160x200cm and private bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided, Wi-Fi is free. There's a fridge, a microwave, and a courtesy tray. Possibility of room with two single beds (to be requested when booking). For young parents, a crib and high chair can be made available by request. A large and very comfortable covered outdoor hot tub is available for guests. Although it is shared between the three bedrooms, each session (about an hour or more) remains completely private to ensure calm and privacy. It is accessible year round, summer and winter. Other things to note The guesthouse is a short walk to the family dairy farm, which you can visit freely. A pond is also accessible on the farm for fishing lovers. Many hiking trails leave directly from the house, ideal for discovering the surrounding countryside. The charming village of Saint-Avit-Sénieur is just 5 minutes walk away.
