Riverfront property and deck with a propane bar-b-que for cooking, entertaining, relaxing, viewing wildlife, & river. Outdoor fire pit. Home is fully furnished. No smoking on property. Easy access to the river. For nature enthusiasts; walking, hiking, or biking trails. Great for girls trips, honeymooners, fishing, casinos, & wineries. The space This home is located on a beautiful private airstrip for aviation enthusiasts! You will have access to the entire home and river with 2 covered decks; 1 uncovered deck. Home is close to small town shopping, coffee bar, & 4 restaurants. The breathtaking North Umpqua River is a favorite destination to bicyclists nationwide, and famous for local fly fishing, water rafting, waterfalls, and hiking trails. Location is close to 31 local wineries, 16 breweries, Wildlife Safari, Seven Feathers Casino, with plenty of nearby lakes and one of the country's deepest lakes, Crater Lake, and the magnificent Oregon Coast. The town of Roseburg, Oregon is 15 miles for larger town shopping and restaurants. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire 3 bedroom home. There is a private garage and 4th bedroom onsite but guests will not have access for use. There is ample parking space for 3-4 cars in the driveway. A small RV is able to park in the driveway. However, there will not be access to electrical car hookups or RV hook-ups by guests nor any power usage provided by the airbnb. If management were to find a guest with a RV hooked up to any home electrical outlet; the guests will be asked to leave the airbnb immediately and there will be no refund for the airbnb booking. Other things to note Current bookings are limited to a 14 day stay. Should a guest request a stay up to 28 days or more, it is considered an "extended stay". Along with your government requested ID, prior to booking a stay, you will also be required to provide a present and previous employer name and phone contact, two business reference names and phone contact, two personal reference names and phone contacts.
