Intimate and cozy two-room apartment in mountain style behind the Pascal de la Ruine Castle in Morgex and near the Marais nature reserve. Convenient location for getting to the Prè-St-Didier thermal baths, the La Thuile and Courmayeur ski lifts, and the Skyway. Small pets are welcome for a small fee (max 1 dog). The space The accommodation is located on the second floor of a charming mountain condominium, and consists of a living room with equipped kitchenette and complete with appliances, Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix, double sofa bed and dining table for 4, a bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a large and sunny balcony with panoramic view. You will also have the cellar to store all your ski equipment. Garage parking space and free parking in front of the condominium. Guest access The apartment is entirely at the guests' disposal, including the cellar and the car garage. Other things to note TOURIST TAX The tax applies to all guests over 15 years of age for the first 7 days of their stay and varies by season. High season rate: €1 per night Low season rate: €0.50 per night (from May 1st to June 15th and from October 1st to November 30th) Payment methods: cash at check-in, bank transfer, PayPal, Satispay. PETS: For space reasons, we only accept small pets (max 1 dog) for a small extra charge of €20, otherwise we will have to ask you to cancel your reservation. CHECK-IN: • In order to speed up check-in times, one week before arrival, please send a copy of the front and back of the identity document of all the subjects who are staying, for legal communications to the Police Headquarters in compliance with the P.S. legislation. • Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the short-term rental agreement for tourist use (required by the owners for tax purposes).
