Hello, my comfortable and modern apartment is very centrally located next to the Hotel Carpe Diem, 50 meters from the main ski lift of Gudauri. “New Gudauri” area is less than 10 minutes walk, where you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. Newly renovated apartment is on the third floor of the new Building which was built in 2018. Skiing from childhood, we know Gudauri very well and will be happy to provide you with any recommendations needed. We are always accessible via mail or cellphone. The space The studio type apartment (31 sq meter) has everything for your perfect ski holidays - free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, TV ,complimentary coffee and tea, free parking, elevator, bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view to the mountains and to the first and second ski lifts. It has ski depot room on the ground floor. Inside you will find various board games to assist you to relax after tiring skiing day. My apartment is suitable for four people - a bunk bed for two persons and a comfortable foldable large sofa for two persons. Guest access Next to our building you can rent your ski equipment from 10:00 to 18:00.
