The space The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a very comfortable sofa, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom, which was renovated in 2023. The house was completely renovated in December 2020 with great enthusiasm and an eye on you so that you feel at home, enjoying it, taking care of it and helping us to improve any detail. The apartment has a very nice decor and very comfortable newly purchased mattresses that will ensure your rest after long walks discovering all the corners of our beautiful city, as well as comfortable and practical closets. The living room has a large sofa, a coffee table, and a television. The kitchen has all the utensils you may need and the most modern appliances. In the interior courtyard, which is COMMUNAL, there is an area to be outdoors, next to the newly built pool, which can be enjoyed in the hot months. It has an outdoor shower. The bathroom is one of the things we are most proud of, it has a great shower to relax after a long day. In addition, you can forget about having to bring gel and shampoo, as it will be on us. The rooms feature hot/cold air conditioning with independent controls. Guest access The house has a large outdoor patio with a swimming pool (subject to availability) where you can enjoy the magnificent Sevillian climate.
