This spacious 1650 square foot, 2nd floor west side unit has great views of the natural landscape and the private neighborhood next door. The oversized balcony is a terrific place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, cool down after a hot day in the sun, or dine in the evening while enjoying the sunsets and the warm ocean breezes! The space PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: *Bedrooms: - 3 bedrooms, 2 with flat screen TV’s; Primary King bedroom has private balcony + 1 king guest bedroom and an additional guest bedroom with 2 twin beds on opposite side of unit creating a convenient split floor plan. - 3 full en-suite bathrooms (2 w/tub), essential toiletries provided - Full kitchen w/ large peninsula and seating - Light and bright living/dining combo with plenty of seating - Large balcony accessible via Living Room with dining and gulf glimpse! - A starter supply of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper & soaps are provided. - Keurig (pod/coffee maker combo) and a selection of K-cups are provided - Full washer and dryer in unit *AMENITIES: -PRIVATE BEACH -Free Beach Setup (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) March 1- October 31, sign up online!
