The dépendance, fully immersed in the green of the Tuscan countryside, is located in the heart of Valdichiana. The large outdoor spaces and the pool are the ideal place to spend pleasant days among the countryside scents. The house has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room so it can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child. A baby crib will be made available to guests upon request. The space The dépendance, with independent access, consists on a single floor. From the entrance you can access a bright living room where there is a comfortable sofa bed, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the living room is the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The furnishing of the house has been chosen with care and the wooden ceiling makes the room warm and welcoming. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the whole house and pool. The garden, equipped with outdoor furniture, is the ideal place to enjoy pleasant outdoor meals thanks to the barbecue available to guests. Other things to note The ideal place to spend relaxing holidays not far from the main tourist attractions in the area. Sinalunga, just 5 kilometers from the house, is a well-served town where you can find supermarkets, banks, post offices and restaurants.
