It is a comfortable and cosy place with all the amenities. There is a back yard that you can use to sit outside. Many good restaurants are on a walking distance. Our place is well connected with Downtown, U-district and UW campus. The space There is an big bedroom that has a queen bed. There is an empty closet, night stand and dresser that you can use. Bookshelves are full of our books but still have some empty shelfs if you want to use. The closet is used for storage so you won't have access to it. But the bookcase shelves are useful. Kitchen has fridge, oven, microwave, pots and pan which you are free to use. If you want to cook your own food or bake your own stuff. Description says 4 people but there is only 1 private bedroom. The other space is a couch in the living room that opens to be a bed and can sleep 2 people. We live on site, but you will have entire apartment to yourself with separate entrance. The house is few blocks away from the busiest part of Capitol Hill so stays pretty quiet at night. Later checkout is cool if there are no guests arriving after you. Other things to note If you need parking, there is ample street parking, and its free.
