McKinney Residence

The residence is a single family house and the listing is for a private bedroom for the occupants. The bedroom has lamp bad that's queen size also sitting arrangement are set. The kitchen and living room and dining room are all connected outside of the room . The house is single layer and a/c as well as wifi all throughout the house. Bathroom down hall from room. Movies and a dad player as well as on demand with cable. Spacious and clean ..... private room has hangers,ironing board, and iron The space The guests can use the living room and access cable with on demand through time warner. Guests also will have restroom right across hall from the room.The kitchen is also fine as they may use the microwave or refrigerator to store or heat up food. Guest access Living room , kitchen which is connected to living room , and private room. Along with bathroom ,and back yard. Wifi is also all throughout the house. Ac is and smoking is allowed During your stay I will likely give the guests thier space ,but interact so-so if I'm at the residence and we're sharing common areas. Other things to note Smoking is fine if u choose to do so. Movies are available for tv in living room. Toilet paper, lotion , body wash/soap will also be allowed in restroom if need and ready for when needed. A thermometer is in living room and ac will be kept comfortable for everyone.
