Guests should drive slow, and pay attention for other traffic. The space This space is priced for 2 guests. An additional fee is charged for approved guests 3 and 4. No more than 4 can stay at the house at any time. This house is NOT designed for infants and small children. Laundromat available in Florence but no laundry on site. No outside trash cans, trash will be picked up after guest stay. There is no dock accompanying this property. Guests cannot access lake but can enjoy the view! Guest access Guests have access to inside of house, deck and yard. Owners are not on the property when guests are booked for their stay. There is no dock with the house or lake access. The lake is assessable at Dunes City - Siltcoos Lake ramp. The ocean is also close and can be reached South of town, or at either the South or North Jetty’s. Other things to note No pets allowed! No smoking anywhere on the property - thank you in advance for not smoking. No infants or small children. Children age 12 and over preferred. Stairs are not recommended for younger children especially toddlers. There is NO laundry available on site but there is a laundromat in Florence.
