Serene, light-filled, quiet location in garden. Private entry through driveway. Essentially private garden behind the cottage. Great walking neighborhood with nearby shops, restaurants and coffeehouses on Larchmont Blvd. Cottage includes small kitchen (2-burner gas stove, sink, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, basic kitchenware). French press and pour over. 5 miles from DTLA. One big friendly dog to make you feel right at home. Dedicated router & wifi. Big screen smart TV, cable. The space Beautiful garden with citrus, pomegranate, and fig trees, lawn, and shade trees. Outdoor seating. Parking permit available for one car for street parking (deductible from security deposit if you forget to leave it here!). Guest access With advance request, may use washer & dryer in my house, except for Thursdays. Ironing board & iron upon request. Other things to note For stays longer than two weeks, I require cleaning at least every other week with my cleaning service, using around $75. I am vaccinated and boosted and hope you are too.
