La Casetta is an independent apartment furnished according to Sardinian tradition. The furnishings, from the decorations to the terracotta floor, are cared for with style and research. The ceiling is made of cane and in the living room there is a fireplace, while the bathroom is bright with an open shower and equipped with a washing machine and everything you need for the kitchen or to spend relaxing days without any stress. IT095065C2000P3282 The space The apartment ideally accommodates 2 to 4 people (a double bed of 160 x200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x200 cm). LIVING ROOM: A living area with two comfortable sofas for reading or relaxing in front of a large-format TV. A dining area, which allows you to have lunch or dinner comfortably with the arrangement of nice wooden chairs. You can also use this space to work with a high-speed WiFi connection. THE KITCHEN: A functional kitchen with a refrigerator, a 4-burner gas cooktop, a hood, and an electric oven. Everything you need for cooking or breakfast is at your disposal. THE BEDROOM: Large quality double bed (160x200) for comfortable and quiet nights. The apartment does not face the street and is therefore quiet during the day and night. A cabinet with hangers will allow you to store your belongings. BATHROOM with SHOWER: A bathroom with an open shower with a hairdryer: towels (1 for the body and 1 for the hands). The towels are in the bedroom. A washing machine will allow you to take care of your things during your stay with the possibility of hanging the clothes in the internal courtyard. High-speed WiFi throughout the apartment (charge test 290 Mbit/s) AMENITIES AND MAIN ATTRACTIONS: The nearest beach on the coast is a 15-20 minute drive. Supermarkets and the city center are just a few minutes away. To ensure maximum comfort during your stay, we provide you with: - Sheets for bed linen. Beds are made upon arrival. In the event of an extended stay, an inter-seasonal cleaning can be arranged according to your needs (change of sheets or towels, traditional cleaning) We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a thorough cleaning of the apartment to ensure comfort and serenity, carried out by a specialized cleaning company. We thank you in advance for keeping the places in perfect condition. The accommodation is non-smoking, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, and parties or gatherings are not allowed. Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m. (unless otherwise required) check-out is strictly by 10:00 a.m. For early arrivals or late check-outs, please contact us. We will do our best to respond favorably to your request after validation of feasibility with our cleaning team. You will then be charged a surcharge, the amount of which will depend on the requested arrival or departure time. Guest access The entrance to Via Venti Settembre is a road closed to traffic. From the main door, the courtyard space is shared with another apartment where I live with my partner.
