The space This luxurious and romantic cottage has its own check-in, very good WiFi, 2 living rooms with TV Netflix+Prime, central heating & air conditioning, luxurious kitchen and bathroom, is detached next to our home with its own terrace. Terrace is equipped with new furniture and electric awning and offers optimal privacy. You can park bicycles or cars for free on private property. In addition, we have 2 bicycles available with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings. It is located near the authentic center of Spakenburg with 3 marinas, beach, shops and cozy terraces! This cottage is unique because you are in an oasis of peace and greenery and also have the convenience of all amenities within cycling distance. The master bedroom is on the upper floor under a sloping ceiling with limited standing height (feels cozy, which is the intention of a tiny house concept). This is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed with a super fine mattress and air conditioning! All windows on the upper floor are equipped with pleated roller blinds and blackout roller blinds so you can enjoy an optimal night's sleep! Upstairs there is an extra living room with a double sofa bed and LG smart TV with digital channels, Netflix and Prime or unlimited TV, series and movies! Bath towels and bed linen are provided! The bus stop is opposite our house and has a direct connection to Amersfoort train station, from which trains leave every minute for Amsterdam, Utrecht and Hilversum! Within 5 minutes you are on the highway and you can go in all directions (A1, A28, A27). If you are looking for a romantic cottage where you can enjoy luxury, tranquility, space and you also enjoy the beautiful culture (Bunschoten Spakenburg is Unesco World Heritage), then this is the perfect location. :-) Guest access This romantic guest house has its own entrance and terrace, or optimal privacy! On the premises live the owners live on the property, and you can park your bicycle/car for free.
