Private Suite ROOM with 16 m2 room, 5 m2 bathroom and terrace 6 m2 to rent for days and weeks in Mindelo region, North of Portugal. The suite is fully furnished. In the first line of the Atlantic Ocean. Only 30 metres from the beaches. From first days of June to end of September you can enjoy the swimming pool and tennis courts (part of the building). The suite is for 1 or 2 or 3 persons. The room have a bed couple and a a single bed. The space High speed internet around the suite. The suite have TV, more than 150 channels and music (CD-Player). The suite have a permanent dehumidifier and electric heater (heating system). Inside the suite you have a fridge microwave, a mini horn and a kettle inside. The room have teas water milk cappuccinos and coffee services too. The suite room have is own terrace. So you can be out but at same time inside your space. You will have new towers, new bed sheets, a bedroom and bathroom. Toilet paper and soapstone are included. The suite have is own door key and a code to access. You can lock your room when you go out. If you come by car you can park easily in front of the building door. If you camo by bike i have a place inside the building to park. The suite have fire protection and first aid kit. No parties are allowed inside the suite. You have books about roads to Santiago Compostela and trail details and types. Maskots (dogs or cats) are not allowed. Other things to note The area is very peaceful, no noise. Summer you can see more people in the area than in winter. Day time reasonable noise is fine, this is a room building with adjacent neighbours and reasonable sound insulation, so be considerate. You have restaurants and food services too. 30 metres from Mindelo beach, supermarket, bars etc. 40 minutes from Mindelo Metro Station to Porto Trindade Metro Station (Oporto downtown) 30 minutes from Oporto Internacional Airport Metro Station to Mindelo Metro Station. Around 20 minutes walking from the Room to Mindelo Metro Station. You have taxis services in this area. It´s cheaper. Around 4 Eur between Mindelo Metro Station and the room. You should pay more 7 Eur per person each day if you want enjoy the swimming pool and tenis courts.
