Detached house for 2-3 people located in the hills of the Ligurian hinterland, just 30 minutes by car from Levanto and the sea. The accommodation consists of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen. To get to the house, you have to climb four flights of stairs. Great as a base for visiting the Cinque Terre, La Spezia, and the Ligurian hinterland. In the village there is a bar and a butcher shop. Our house is a simple and quiet solution. The space The accommodation is on the third floor of the building and has a separate entrance. There are two flights of stairs to access it. Beyond the front door is the first room, the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a sink, a refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils. The kitchen also serves as a dining room. In the kitchen, there is sugar, coffee, tea, chamomile, and cookies or savory snacks. The bathroom has a spacious shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet, and hot water is always available. The bedroom consists of a double bed and an armchair that becomes a single bed if necessary. Guests have a closet and bedside tables to store their belongings. The house is furnished in a very simple and functional way. In the entrance there is a small balcony from where you can admire the magnificent landscape. All bedroom and bathroom linens, such as sheets and towels, are changed and replaced with clean ones with each guest change. Guest access Guests can use all the rooms in the house. The access is independent. Other things to note WARNING!! Possible noises of a typical Italian village: bells ringing the hours, children playing and running, people talking and laughing loudly.
