Small country house

We are located in Brittany in west of France, a few miles from the sea, in the valley of Trieux in the countryside. It is a small cozy house for a romantic getaway or for a tour of the Armor and Argoat. The space Precise description of the house: 1 living room downstairs including all appliances and dishes for a pleasant stay (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, robots, Nespresso, vacuum cleaner ...). 1 HDMI flat screen TV, 1 stereo, radio, CD. Wifi key available. 1 bathroom with WC, 1 shower, 1 sink, 1 bowl WC, 1 washing machine. 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 bed 160 (new bedding), 1 office, 1 wardrobe, 1 chest. On arrival cleaning is done by us, the bed is made, towels and linen are provided (duvet cover, pillows, fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillow). In winter the house is heated before your arrival. We put at your disposal for your arrival: coffee, tea, Nespresso pods... And choice following our mood and availability ... 1 bottle of fresh milk, oranges, cakes, buns, Far Breton, homemade pancakes, seasonal jams and homemade marmalade, chocolate, cider, to start your stay. Guest access You have access to your vehicle in the yard with a location outside the house. Summer only: 1 terrace with 1 garden furniture and 2 sunloungers, 1 barbecue. Herbs and aromatic plants in the garden at will and according to the season, picking raspberries, strawberries and small fruits... We have different animals (1 dog, 1 cat, goat ...), we can isolate if phobia or allergy. Other things to note I'm poultry technician with a large agricultural cooperative, my mission of business relationships and farmed monitoring, with breeders in Brittany. I am married and I have 4 children, 2 are in graduate school. Catherine, my wife is a graphic designer and works in his studio nearby for craftsmen and traders in the region.
