Each of them features an elegant 2-seater Victorian bathtub, strategically placed in the windows so you can admire the wonderful views of the Biosphere Reserve while enjoying a movie bath. In addition, the 5 apartments have wood-burning fireplaces so you don't miss the crackling of the fire in autumn and winter. At the entrance of Av. Madrid there are two apartments on the ground floor with two bedrooms each, both are accessible for the disabled and one of them has a terrace. At the entrance to Travesía de Turco there are 2 studios and a one-bedroom apartment with a terrace. The building has a large multipurpose meeting room with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom that can be rented separately or together with the 5 apartments. The living room has a large conference table for 16 people and a living room area with elegant Chesterfield armchairs. It also has a 55-inch TV, LED lighting and forced ventilation.
