Stillmeadows Cabin # 2

Located in beautiful Thomaston, Georgia , Stillmeadows is home to two privately owned, authentic, 1885 cabins. 14 acres of peaceful surroundings with a stocked pond and row boat for your use. Farm animals complete the experience. The property is located only 75 minutes from the Atlanta Airport. Stillmeadows is close to Sprewell Bluff, which offers hiking, mountain biking, fishing and kayaking on Flint River (known for beautiful shoals and big shoal bass). The space The main level bedroom bedroom has a comfy queen bed, window-side chairs and a large closet. The large, upper level loft has a sitting area/study and three twin beds. The living room has WiFi, a smart TV, couch, rocking chairs, and a working wood fireplace perfect for chilly nights. The cabin has one, large, modern bathroom with double sinks and a large claw foot tub/shower as well as an ADA roll in shower with sink. The kitchen area has a country atmosphere and is connected to a small porch looking out into the woods and lake with a gas grill. Kitchen is fully equipped with eating and cooking utensils. A front porch for relaxing and enjoying the day. ADA Accessible living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. ADA Accessible bathroom and wide entry ways throughout. Guest access *Accessible ramp leading around cabin to dock at lake. Walking trails throughout the 14 acres. *Pet fee of $25.00 per dog per visit/responsible for any pet damages *Row boat available - 2 child life jackets and 2 adult life jackets available. *Bring own fishing gear Other things to note This cabin is ADA accessible. We do have internet but it is spotty inside the cabins. When it is being overloaded by a lot of people trying to log on it struggles. The cabins are from 1885, an era when they didn't have internet. We have done our best to get some wifi to them but with the solid walls and the country settings the signals are not always the best.
