Seaside family villa Potidea, Chalkidiki, Greece

This family summer cottage is very beautiful both outside and inside. The house is of 100 square feet, including the big balcony, and a big yard of 400 square feet. There is also a small barbeque corner with a whole set of dining table next to it. In the yard, there is also a traditional handmade swing to spend your quite evenings on. The sea is just 200m away, only 3mins on foot. The house is located 2 kilometres away from the center of Nea Potidea and Kallithea is 10 minutes away by car. The space The front yard is very big, sunny and colorful. The patio in the shady kiosk is also big, ideal for cooking in the barberque and eating with the family/company. The swing also provides relaxing moments under the shade of a couple of olive trees. The balcony is also very spacious and has another patio and a view of the sea. The rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equiped. Guest access Guests may enjoy the kiosk, the barbeque the balcony and of course every room and the garden.
