Other spaces under the pine trees or under the awning of the summer kitchen allow you to compose beautiful vacation days in a quiet, bucolic and typically Provençal environment, however you please. The space Bedroom-living room of 30 m² with electric radiator - 2 beds 200 x 80 cm to separate or assemble into a large bed 160 cm wide - TNTSAT TV with radio - Wi-Fi - Dresser for storing clothes - Wardrobe - Bathroom closed and heated by a blower with – sink - shower - toilet and located on the left as you exit the room. - The summer kitchen and dining area are located under the 30 m² summer awning, open on both sides, but protected by water-repellent curtains that can be fixed in case of wind. A radiant heater from 1000 W to 3000 W makes it possible to heat the dining area in the event of bad weather - The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a mixed gas and induction hob with 2 x 2 burners, a microwave, a gas barbecue and a fridge. - Kitchenware with storage buffet - Kettle, toaster, pod coffee maker and piston coffee maker - Table and 8 chairs - Foosball – Bocce – 1 mountain bike available on site. - Private pool/deckchairs/garden furniture - Exotic wood terrace + terrace for rest or meals under the pine trees Guest access Private parking on the property is available near the accommodation Some improvements for 2023 The access road has been completely redone allowing you to come and go comfortably without the risk of damaging your vehicle The parking lot has been enlarged and leveled to facilitate maneuvering Other things to note The accommodation is located in a very wooded area, with pine trees, olive trees and other Mediterranean species. We have chosen to provide a gas barbecue rather than a charcoal barbecue to avoid any risk of fire. We also recommend that smokers make sure to extinguish their cigarette butts and throw them into the soil of the flower pot provided for this purpose. This accommodation is also accessible in low season with a reduced rate (period from April 1 to 30 and October 1 to 30). It should be noted that only the bedroom and bathroom are electrically heated, while the kitchen area is located under an awning open on two sides to the outside, protected by curtains. In case of bad weather, cold it is possible to eat in the bedroom and the bathroom is heated The months of April and October can be a pleasant time to discover the region, especially by bike, and although the pool remains in operation, it is not heated. We have also installed windows on the side openings of the structural farm, which makes it possible to limit drafts while maintaining natural light. This solution, designed to maximize comfort, ensures a pleasant and bright atmosphere, even when the weather is capricious. New for 2026: a gas patio heater will be made available under the awning to warm up cool evenings, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoor space. Thanks to these improvements, our guests can enjoy summer cooking and social evenings to the fullest, even when the weather cools down. These amenities guarantee a pleasant experience in any season, enhancing the appeal and comfort of our accommodation.
