It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Natural light bathes the space, the combination of stone, wood of earthy colors, aromas of nature, flowers and trees embrace the house. The villa has a sunny patio, with bbq garden with lawn and private pool about 40sqm. The outdoor areas have been made with great care and respect for the environment, without moving away from it but becoming one. Rustic air dominates the whole house, wood and stone embrace creating the warmth that will make you have the warmest vacation with us. The traditional architecture gives the villa a unique character and a warm atmosphere, giving you the opportunity to live like Cretans of past years! The 2 bedrooms consist of 2 single beds each, while the 3rd bedroom consists of a double bed. One of the three bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. The views from the bedroom windows are directly to the mountains of the Cretan land and the pool. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open plan. They are spacious and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and electrical appliances that will facilitate your stay. In the area of the complex, there is a pony where children can enjoy a free ride. At a distance of 5 minutes by car, is the beautiful beach of Georgioupolis where our complex has a beach bar and you can enjoy your swim in the sea with free sunbeds.Στο χώρο του συγκροτήματος, υπάρχει αλογάκι πόνι όπου τα παιδιά μπορούν να απολαύσουν δωρεάν βόλτα. On the subject of sterilization, based on protocols, we will offer all our guests a safe and dream vacation for their friends and families. The villa will be carefully sterilized indoors and outdoors, prior to each guest check-in. Environmental fee: From 1/1/2025 based on European legislation the visitor is required to pay the amount of 15 euros per day of stay. Payment will be made in cash at the accommodation.
