The space Sitting on the patio or in the living area one can easily imagine you are on a large cruise liner - it's that close to the sea. The house is North facing so ideal for summer holidays - it never gets too hot. There are large doors at each end of the living space providing a continuous breeze through the house. There is a built-in barbecue at the entrance to the laundry as well as a portable BBQ that can be used anywhere. There is a self contained studio, detached from the main house. This can be booked directly with the owner and paid in cash on arrival. The studio is never rented separately, it is only available to guests of the main house. Guest access The entire house and patio are for guests exclusive use. A long wide driveway leads directly to the entrance door so no steps to negotiate when coming or going. The driveway entrance also offers a large partially covered space/patio to be enjoyed as the sun sets. Other things to note There is another house on the property which is occupied most of the summer. This house has its own access and is separate from Villa Pachino. A new separate studio has been added - bedroom for two with private on-suite bathroom plus a limited food preparation area and washup. This is available to Pachino guests only at an extra charge.
