This 115 year old vintage Carriage House is a private space with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, in-unit laundry and is located in the historic Heritage Hill neighborhood. Free high speed Wi-Fi. This is a safe location, and the landlords live on property. The space 115 year old Carriage House with slate roof, original windows, historic woodwork, vaulted ceiling, kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, laundry, dining area, and TV. This 380 square foot studio is best suited for a single tenant (nurse travelers, artists, remote workers, nomads, freelancers, etc.), or couple with one vehicle. Guest access Guests have access to the fully-furnished private space, with dedicated covered off-street parking spot in carport (next to the Carriage House). Outdoor areas include a shared back yard patio seating area with table and a side garden bistro seating area and table. Other things to note The free off-street parking is for one (1) small-medium sized passenger vehicle that will fit in the carport space allocated. Owner will have Carriage House cleaned every 2 weeks (bi-monthly) for the duration of the rental term. Cleaning will include bathroom, kitchen, floors and bed/bath linens. Walkable from our Carriage House, the Corewell Health Hospital campus is 3 blocks (11 minute walk) away. The medical campus includes: Butterworth Main Hospital and ER, Meijer Heart Center, Children’s Hospital, and the Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion.
