La Rocherie gîte in the heart of the countryside 5/8 Pers

Gîte, 5 to 8 people, well-equipped, quiet, in the countryside but close to all amenities. You can relax while enjoying the heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Explore our beautiful region. (Jublains and Sainte Suzanne among others). Discover the joys of swimming and water games at the Gué de Selle pond and the Evron Aquatic Garden. But also bike rides in the forest. Feel free to come and drop off your suitcases in our cottage. Welcome to Hambers The space The gîte is ideally designed for 5 adults and a child under 12, with a double bed, 3 single beds and a retractable child bed. To which can be added two adults on the living room sofa. That is a maximum of 7 adults and one child. (plus two babies in baby cribs provided without bedding.) Guest access The house is private (kitchen/dining room/living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 veranda, 1 terrace, playground, parking (outdoor and covered) A 6 m x 5 m heated indoor pool, shared with the owners with private time slots. Open from May 1 to September 30 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with nighttime on Saturdays until 11 p.m. Other things to note To satisfy our customers and improve your comfort, this winter, we have created a French window, a veranda and a terrace. The veranda has a room with a sink, toilet and washing machine (available free of charge for stays of one week or more on request) NEW for 2024. We have created an indoor Jacuzzi area, it is a PAID OPTION per day with a discount on the following days. Use is from 10am to 10pm The rate is: €35 for one day €55 for two days, €70 for three days The reservation will be made no later than 2 days before arrival (to prepare it) and payable on the day of your arrival. Bath sheets and bathrobes are not provided. OTHER 2025 NEWS: A heated indoor pool was created in 2025. This space will be semi-private with time slots exclusively reserved for the gîte and time slots reserved for guests of La Rocherie. This service will be completely free.
