Gite, 5 to 8 people, well-equipped, quiet, in the countryside but close to all amenities. Guests can relax in the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Explore our beautiful region. (Jublains and Sainte-Suzanne among others). Discover the joys of swimming and water games at the Gué de Selle pond and the Evron Water Garden. But also bike rides in the forest. Feel free to drop off your suitcases in our cottage. Welcome to Hambers The space The cottage is ideally designed for 5 adults and a child under 12, with a double bed, 3 single beds and a foldaway child's bed. Which can be added to two adults on the living room couch. That's a maximum of 7 adults and a child. (plus two babies in cots provided without beds.) Guest access The house is private (kitchen/dining/ living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 1 veranda, 1 terrace, playground, parking lots (outdoor and covered) A 6m x 5m heated indoor pool, shared with the owners with private time slots. Open from May 1 to September 30 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with nighttime on Saturdays until 11 p.m. Other things to note To satisfy our guests and improve your comfort, this winter we have created a window door, a veranda and a terrace. The veranda has a room with a sink, a toilet and a washing machine (provided free of charge for stays of a week or more on request ) NEW from 2024. We created an indoor hot tub area, it is a PAID DAY OPTION with degressivity the following days. Use is 10am to 22pm Rate is: €35 for a day €55 for two days, €70 for three days The reservation will be made no later than 2 days before arrival (to prepare it) and payable on the day of your arrival. Bath sheets and robes are not provided. OTHER 2025 NEW FEATURES: A heated indoor pool was built in 2025. This space will be semi-private with time slots exclusively reserved for the cottage and time slots reserved for La Rocherie guests. This service will be completely free of charge.
