The residential units extend over 5 floors and an underground parking garage. All floors can be reached without thresholds (or a maximum of 10 mm) with the passenger elevator. The ground floor units have direct access to the garden with their own terraces. The units on the upper floors have their own south-facing balcony. The two penthouses in the attic overlook almost the entire town of Murnau. It was a special concern for us to design the property and all units in such a way that we could meet both your high demands for modernity and the flair of tradition. Guest access We have prepared a key card for each guest. When you arrive, I will personally give you the key card. If you arrive later, you can easily take the key card from a compartment at the entrance. We will clarify how we will proceed before arrival. We will discuss check-in and handover details before your arrival. You'll definitely hear from me. Use the key card to open the main entrance, suite and, if booked, the underground car park. You can also open the area to the SAUNA HOUSE with your key card. Good signage inside and then outside the house, always on our property, will guide you there. I'll be happy to show you everything.
