This great 55m2 apartment is located in Santa Cruz de Oleiros, near A Coruña, one of the most magical areas of Galicia. The property is located just minutes from the beach and the castle of Santa Cruz, perfect for strolling around the area. It has a wide variety of services to offer, either for its wonderful gastronomy or for its unmistakable green landscapes. With capacity for up to 3 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - A simply decorated living area with sofa, Smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs and an equipped kitchen area, fully open to the living room. The space has large windows to let in natural light, at the same time it has curtains to cover the light. - A bedroom with a double bed, also with a large window. - A bathroom equipped with WC, bidet, bathtub and sink. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The property has natural gas heating, which works with a thermostat and radiators in almost all the rooms. You will also have access to a parking space in an underground car park. The 50" Smart TV allows you to access Youtube or make use of your Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, etc. accounts. The property is located in the centre of the village of Santa Cruz, from where you will have access to restaurants such as El Preludio, El 13, Rafa Gelatto, Panadería Santa Cruz, Calixto, Camping Los Manzanos. Or less than 400 metres from a Gadis supermarket. It is also close to other points of interest: - 8 minutes walking from the Castle of Santa Cruz, which is located on the beach of Santa Cruz. - 10 minutes walk to Praia de Porto Nabal beach - 25 minutes drive from Betanzos - Less than 20 minutes by car from Aa Coruña Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959 & Decree 450/1975.
