The space The apartment is very airy and peaceful. Spacious living area with smart TV. Stable worktop area. High speed WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with counter top lights and a kitchen island with 2 bar stools. Beautiful spacious and well lit bedroom with queen size bed. 3 lifts with accessibility ramps. Pool and gym available at the rooftop. Free ground and basement parking. High security monitoring system with cameras throughout the building's common areas and entry doors. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment and the shared amenities ie. pool and gym. Other things to note We are happy to host you and as such we plan for your stay according to the number of guests indicated on the reservation. For security reasons, we will request for your passport details to report at the guard house for verification on arrival. Please note unreported guests will not be allowed into the premises. The gym is normally locked. Please pick the key from the reception desk. Only 5 persons are allowed into the gym at a time, and ensure to observe COVID protocols. The property is not child-friendly and we will not be liable for any accidents. Parents should be mindful of their kids.
