Just a stones throw from the V&A Waterfront and located in Cape Town’s bustling CBD, this pied-à-terre is ideal for both holiday and business travelers. The space The trendy studio comes equipped with high speed internet access and WiFi, top of the range appliances, including a Nespresso machine. Guests can access their TV subscriptions through the WiFi or alternatively Netflix and chill. In addition to all your creature comforts, you will find the space light and airy with quality finishes and modern amenities. Our queen-sized bed is furnished with crisp white bed linen and the unit has a fully adjustable air-con ventilation system, ensuring a good nights sleep. Take advantage of the building’s amenities that include a heated indoor-outdoor pool, a well-equipped gym or unwind at the resident Sanctuary Spa, offering a selection of revitalising treatments. The outside pool deck and bar area is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Table Mountain, making it the perfect place for sundowners or catching up on the latest sport on the large screen TV. The on-site MRKT restaurant provides a wholesome and delectable selection of breakfast and lunch items to have in their lovely contemporary setting or in the comfort of your apartment. Other facilities include an on-site coin operated laundry (although the apartment does come equipped with a washing machine), undercover secure parking for one car, secure access-control to the building with 24-hour security. The Onyx is well located and accessible from anywhere in the city including major tourist spots and the central business district. A convenient 10-15min walk via a pedestrian walkway will get you to the Silo District and V&A Waterfront, also about 10mins by taxi/Uber. Uber is the most efficient way to get around Cape Town, the city centre is accessible in a matter of minutes. The Onyx is in close proximity to the city’s main N1 highway which is conveniently located to bypass the city traffic during peak times. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment including the pool and gym areas. Other things to note You will have access to 1 secure parking bay in the building. Please note that this is a self-catering apartment. There is no reception from which to obtain keys from. It is important to establish contact beforehand so that we can arrange for one of our Propati crew members to welcome you at the apartment. AMENITIES: Please read carefully the amenities supplied in the apartment as listed. Any additional amenities can be obtained by you as this is a self-catering apartment. BODY CORPORATE RULES: Guest must make sure they read and adhere to the rules and regulations of the property. ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES: Late check-in: A R200 surcharge for check-ins after 7 pm. Late check-out fee: A R500 surcharge for late check-outs after 10 am. (Late check-out requests are subject to availability and guests must vacate before 6 pm should your request be accepted).
