We are Evi and Markus. The great city of Cologne is our hometown, where we live together with our cat Fynnigan (Fynn). We love the city and meeting new People and foreign cultures as well. Therefore we thought, combining both might be a good idea. We want to give other people the chance to discover Cologne, while being based at an cosy and affordable room. We are looking forward to meeting you. Evi, Markus und Fynn The space • Our flat is located on the right side of the river Rhine in the district Höhenhaus. Our little, cosy guest room is decorated with a lot of attention to detail and is on the attic story. • Our apartment is on the second floor of the house with no elevator. Once you have reached the apartment you will enter the guest room over stairs without attending our private area. Guest access • You will sleep in a queen sized bed. The room is perfect for one person but a couple or two people can be comfortable as well. • We share our bathroom with you and we provide shampoo, shower gel or toothbrush if something is missing. :-) • Towels will be ready to use for your convenience. • You can use our washing machine and dryer by paying a little fee. • You are welcome to share our kitchen as well. Use the oven to prepare yourself a hot meal. Eat it either in the kitchen or in your room. Dishes, silverware or glasses are in your room, as well as an basket for used dishes. We will take care of that. • Our automatic coffee maker in the guest room can be used for a quick coffee or you use the water boiler including coffee and tea. • You can lock the guest room for privacy and security. During your stay • You can ask Evi and me any time for assistance or if something is missing. We can provide sightseeing or restaurant informations and if we are not at home we will be reached by cellphone. Other things to note 👉 ❗Please note❗ 👈 • Currently construction works at the neighboring property. So there can be construction noise from time to time. • We live together with our darling cat Fynn. He is not allowed in the guest room but a stroking is welcome anytime. ;-) • At the weekend, especially on Sundays, you can check-out after 11 am, if you want. But no later than 2 pm if possible.
